Brazen Shields


These are more modernised figures, a phalanx of 32 Brazen Shields from my old Pontic army.  Figures by Essex.

    Nice to see the older minis getting recycled! I think the bigger units, like this, have a great visual impact.

    Thanks, Simon. I originally organised my phalanx units as 32 fig blocks. If I get some command figures, I could use the officers for other things likes imitation legionaries as well.
